Lorenzo de Bartolomeis
Lorenzo De Bartolomeis founded is own design studio in 2007. He is lecturer in the Advanced Design course at the University of Bologna and co-founder of ddpstudio – architecture and design consultancy. Since 2014 he also coordinates the studio/archives of his maestro Isao Hosoe.
Since 2006 he has collaborated with the Loccioni company on corporate culture and industrial design projects. He conceived together with Isao Hosoe the card game Play40 published by Corraini. The project is part of the project “Play Factory, for a new work culture.”
Since 2014 he has collaborated with the Italian Institute of Technology and Inail on robotics projects applied to prosthetics and rehabilitation, including the Hannes prosthetic hand and the Twin exoskeleton.
He has received several international awards including the Compasso d’Oro, ADI Innovation Award, Premio dei premi Innovation Award, IF Design Award and Good Design Award from the Chicago Athenaeum.
He studied industrial design at Politecnico di Milano and Central Saint Martins College in London.

Caterina achieved the Targa Giovani award in the ADI Compasso d’Oro 2020 competition. Caterina graduated at Politecnico di Milano and attended a semester at Tongji University (Shanghai).
As a designer, she is fascinated by complexity and eager to find new lenses to conceive it. To this end, the collaboration with professionals in different fields is an inspiration.

Francesco graduated in Industrial Design at Politecnico di Bari where he first approached the engineering world. He later moved to Milan where he graduated in Design and Engineering, master's degree at Politecnico di Milano. He is a tech enthusiast, passionate about products, 3d printing and new technologies.

Francesco Ranalletta

Sabrina is a Graphic and Communication Designer who recently graduated from Politecnico di Milano. She has a background in Product Design and loves combining these two paths in her projects. Product design taught her to be rigorous and methodical, while communication design taught me the importance of balance. She is an extremely creative person and a never-ending source of ideas.
